You agree:

• To set up and hold a Book Market Stall and ensure your stall is adequately staffed during the designated hours.
• To provide all equipment/furniture including tables, chairs, marquis, merchandise, decor, advertising material, pre-powered selling devices, etc unless otherwise advised. 
• To follow directions by organisers when bumping in and out, especially with regard to vehicular traffic, including to drop off then park vehicles away from the site to allow parking for festival visitors.
• To adhere to Workplace Health and Safety requirements, including a strict no pets, no balloons and no fireworks policy. All electrical equipment is declared to be safe and tagged.
• To accept Market Stall positions allocated by festival staff or volunteers, and not to move furniture without permission.
• To ensure the premises are left as they were found and that on-site equipment/furniture is left clean and undamaged. Any damages incurred may be charged at a later date.
• To commit to a sustainable event and reduce and recycle waste wherever possible, remove your own waste from the venue, and to not use bins provided for the public for packaging, boxes, etc.
• To ensure no money is left unattended, and that items within the venue are secure at all times. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for lost or stolen items.
• To maintain adequate and current Public Liability Insurance, for which documents can be provided at request (Maleny only).
• To pay all fees at least 14 days prior to the event or we reserve the right to re-allocate your stall. Tickets are sold in accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. No refunds will be given if the participant is unable to attend on the scheduled date, 
• To allow photos provided by the stallholder or taken by the organisers to be used for publicity purposes.
• To inform us if you are unable to fulfil any of the requirements as soon as possible. No refund will be offered unless the stall can be reallocated to another party on a waiting list.
