Gay Liddington is a feature writer whose work explores the stories and experiences of others. Her comedy, poetry, and stories span 40 years. A founding member of Mackay Writers, Gay has been involved in a range of community projects, including Earth Dreams Magic: A Journey through the Blackall Range Region and stories documenting the volunteer history of Mary Cairncross Nature Reserve.
Her debut memoir, Will I Ever Be Who I Am? (2025), has been highly regarded by readers and reviewers.
